GRA has historically offered experiential events, mini conferences (3-day non-residential conferences on a specific theme) and 6-day residential (Tavistock style) group relations conferences.
The plans for 2018 currently include two conferences: 15-17 April a 3-day non-residential conference and a 6-day residential group relations conference 19-24 November.
In November this year, NIODA is offering such an opportunity via its Group Relations Conference to be held in Melbourne:
‘Leadership, Authority and Organisation – Exploring Creative Disruption’

Timed to coincide with the GRA Socioanalysis Special Issue on Seeking Asylum, the Tavistock held a talk by David Lawlor & Mannie Sher on their journal paper: "The use of detention as a defence against intolerable social ambivalence towards asylum-seekers".
Tavistock has made a podcast of that talk available to all GRA members.
Group Relations Australia’s Seeking Asylum Project celebrated its achievements with a launch of Vol. 18 of Socioanalysis Journal. Guest speaker was Julian Burnside.
A usb flash drive containing a pdf of the Journal can be purchased through the Store.
